This apartment located at 2 rue Jean Yole, Residence "Les Héliades", on the first floor faces the sea. It includes an entrance with storage space, a spacious first bedroom with two 90x190 beds as well as storage space. The second bedroom has a 140x190 bed as well as plenty of storage space. The bathroom includes a bathtub. Separate WC. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a washing machine as well as a dishwasher, a microwave and everything you need for cooking. It opens onto a spacious and bright living room including a flat screen television and a 140x190 sofa bed. You will also find a large balcony facing the sea with garden furniture. Wifi in the apartment.
