On the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne, facing the beach on the 7th floor of the residence with elevator, apartment comprising a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher. a bedroom facing the sea with a 140x190 bed. You will find a living room with a 140x190 sofa bed, table and television with a balcony facing the sea and its furniture. Ref APPA 116. Linen not provided.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and deposit by credit card or bank check as well as a cleaning deposit of €90.
