What an amazing house. My family and I have just returned from a week's break in which we had a wonderful time. The house is wonderful, was spotlessly clean and has amazing facilities (the game room was a particular hit!). Carly was an amazing host, incredibly helpful before and during our visit. Cannot recommend this house high enough it's great

A fantastic stay!
Our visit was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! Carly was extremely helpful with all of the many questions I had about the area. Carly and Ewan met us upon check in and made us feel right at home. The property is stunning and the house is beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Carly and Ewan were so very accommodating. We arrived late and they had baked a cake for us, sent over some staples to get us going in the morning, and were very thorough on cluing us in on the Beach sights. The house was very accommodating. Wish we could have spent more time there visiting the villages around.

Perfect Stay
Large spacious home. Host very responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend host tour of war sites. They provided a wonderful dinner for us on arrival. Location was great.

A WEEK IN NORMANDIE
9 adults (friends and relatives) stayed at this spacious home last week. The house was impeccably clean. The very large kitchen did not feel small as we cooked, set the table, poured the wine, etc. Almost all persons helped and no one bumped into each other. Carly visited as soon as we arrived and gave us directions on all the appliances and had made a lemon pound cake for us (very delicious). Later in the week, she and Ewan went way out of their way to help our group to solve a slight problem we had. They were so nice and so very helpful. The Bedrooms and baths were more than adequate and the kitchen was plentiful with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Carly and Ewan! The Lund family plus friends.

A perfect hideaway!
The house was a great treat for our group. Eight of us came to Normandy, having traveled together before. The owners, Ewan and Carly were prompt to answer any questions that we had prior to arrival. The house was easy to find using our mobile phone navigators and proved to be a delightful place to spend two weeks as we visited the DDay sites and the local attractions. We all seemed to gather in the large and well equipped kitchen and cooked most of our meals there. We had “movie nights,” in the living room, watching either DVDs or recorded movie that we brought. Ewan and Carly keep a neat, clean and well friendly place that we would recommend to others without reservation. Give it a try!

La Criere is a lovely spacious house beautifully decorated & equipped by Carly & Ewan.
We had a wonderful week at La Criere with our large family & absolutely loved the house & the whole experience. The decor is beautiful & stylish. The kitchen is generously equipped with everything you could possibly need. Carly & Ewan were lovely hosts making us feel very welcome...beginning with the most wonderful chocolate cake!! And responding to our many questions & requests. We really appreciated the peace & quiet of the area, but being within easy driving distance of interesting places ( Mont St Michael, the Normandy beaches, local markets etc) In all a lovely holiday. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un super week-end. Tout est pensé et prévu pour que le sejour se passe bien. Le logement est propre, bien entrenu avec suffisamment d'espace pour 14. En plus, délicate attention à notre arrivée : un bon gateau au chocolat.
