On the 1st floor, 2 very quiet bedrooms on the garden side (1 = 140 cm bed, 1 = 2 bunk beds). Sheets, towels and house provided. Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment on request. If you follow this advice, this is the perfect base. A less than 5 minute walk to the main street with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and the pickup point for all your excursions. Comfortable and like brand new furnishings & appliances. While the weather limited our use of the courtyard it was the perfect respite on the days we were able to enjoy it. This beautifully appointed property had lovely details throughout. Our host left us a few delightful treats to help us settle in. Our only suggestion is that the listing clarify that bedrooms are on second floor and bathroom on first floor (or floor one, and zero European standards.) with certain mobility problems might find that difficult . The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms made sleeping very calm and quiet. The location was close to everything, yet on a quiet street that made it seem like we were away from it all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! I don’t think the location for a flat could be any better. We were just minutes walk from the main street and all the of the key sights of Bayeux. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The accommodations were luxurious, with everything you needed right there. Beds were comfy, rooms roomy and plenty of hot water. The host was an excellent communicator from reservation to check out. While we never had a need to communicate during our stay she was right next door if we needed her. I would choose this flat in a heart beat and recommend it with no reservations on my part. ##### Craig G.
