"Hotel was fine for the price and to stay one night on my own but the rooms were so small I’m pleased I was alone. Dinner in the restaurant was better that expected although the choice (other than many kinds of pizza) was limited. Breakfast was fine but limited hot food. Very pleasant staff in the hotel. "

"We stayed in a superior double and it was very well appointed. Vaulted ceiling as using roof space, quality furniture and comfortable. Staff were excellent. "There are some big positives to this hotel but also some things to be aware of. Positives: -The owners (British husband and French wife) are delightful, friendly and helpful - The secure car park is a big plus in Epernay - it’s a nice 30 minute walk into town along the Avenue de Champagne - Breakfast is included and is good and varied -there is a nice lounge with a fire to sit in Things to note: - the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation or noise from not only the rooms next to you but also those over the corridor - the hotel accepts dogs. Not a problem until owners leave them alone in the room and they bark incessantly. "
