"Lovely house, extremely well equipped and clean. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Andy and Uliana were very helpful but not intrusive. We ate at two restaurants in Meyrals which were very good, also Sunday lunch at Aberge Medieval in Audrix, about a 15 minute drive away, was outstanding. Highlight of the week for food was Dimitri cooking for us, it was delicious, plentiful and no more expensive than eating out. We can highly recommend Les Hirondelles!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the historical centre of Sarlat. The hotel has recently been beautifully refurbished. Breakfast is of a very high standard and great value for money. There is public paid parking in front of the hotel and you can also book paid secure parking from the hotel. Peaceful Retreat
"We had a wonderful week’s stay. Our gracious host was always available and so very helpful. It was great to have a pool and also the Dordogne at the end of the garden! We like privacy and this place certainly did not disappoint. Centrally located, all the most beautiful attractions are on the door step. We used Brive airport (from Stansted) and hired a car. On return the fuel tank was still nearly full despite using it every day for visits. Everything is so close by. Fans were useful for the hot nights. Closing all indoor and outdoor shutters helps too. The house is very well equipped so expect much of what you have at home. A lovely stay. Thank you!"
