Comfortable, bright, and well-maintained, it offers a surface area of ??32 m², equipped for up to 6 people, on the 2nd floor of the "LE PRAZ DU SOLEIL" residence. Located 300 m from the shopping street and 400 m from the ESF ski school and the slopes. On the ground floor of Building A of the residence, there is a laundromat and a bakery. Private parking for 1 car is available in the shared basement of the residence. Electric heating.  
  
Description:  
Entrance - equipped kitchenette (2 electric hotplates, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, storage cupboards with cookware) - equipped living/dining room + TV - sleeping alcove equipped with two single bunk beds (90 cm) (children's) - bathroom (shower, sink) - separate toilet - access to the upper floor: large mezzanine equipped with two double beds (140 cm) + cupboards (height less than 1.80 m) - ski room. Electric heating - 1 garage space in the basement of the residence with remote control.  
  
Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price; a paid option is required; see agency services.
