    induction hotplates x4, dishwasher, refrigerator, stone grill, rowenta coffee machin,
    kettle, toaster), open to the terrace North-West facing,
    - Separated toilet,
    - 25 sqm terrace facing North-West with garden furniture.

    - Bedroom n°2 of 19.5sqm including 6sqm under 1.8m with three single bed
    (3x80cm- duvet) and a 3.5sqm bathroom (bath, WC, sink, heated tower rail),
