Built in 1850, Chalet Abeille was a traditional farmhouse and is now a fully renovated 3 storey 180m2 private chalet.

The ground floor comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms and a small children’s snug. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 guests in a super king bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and has a private ensuite shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom is at the front of the chalet, offering superb mountain views. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. The room has plenty of storage with wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables. This bedroom shares the large family bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 guests, 2 in a super king bed that can be split into 2 single beds as required, and 2 in bunk beds all with Egyptian cotton bedding. Bedroom 3 is a perfect room for children and or teenagers to share, however the super king bed is also comfortable for adults. This bedroom shares the large family bathroom with bedroom 2. The bathroom has a bath and separate walk in shower. This floor also has a small children’s snug with beanbags and games to keep little ones entertained.

The middle floor is open plan with the kitchen at the heart of the house, The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances: A large American fridge freezer, wine cooler, integrated bean to cup coffee machine, 2 ovens, large induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room looks out over the rear garden and has double height ceilings with a large dining table and enough seating and space for 12 guests. There is also a small children’s play area with bean bags and a FreeSat smart TV. From the dining room, you will find the ski and boot room with heated boot rack and plenty of space for skis and snowboards. Here, you can access the Scandinavian wood fired hot tub outside along with off road parking and free EV charge point. To the front of the chalet you’ll find the lounge with double height ceilings and cozy inset balcony. The lounge has two 3 seater sofas, 4 arm chairs, a modern log burner and a secluded inset balcony with seating and panoramic views of Les Gets village and the ski slopes.

The third floor is where you will find bedroom 4. This is a large family suite with high pitched ceilings, huge windows and its own private staircase leading to a large bedroom sleeping up to 4 guests, 2 in a super king bed and 2 in single pull out beds. This bedroom is ensuite with shower and bath, and there is plenty of storage with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables as well as a small play area for children.

All of the chalet is heated by underfloor heating and has mechanical ventilation keeping the air filtered. There is private off road parking for 3 cars at the rear of the chalet including an 11kw EV charge point. 25 meters in front of the chalet is the free ski bus stop which runs daily every 30 minutes from 8am until midnight, it takes around 5-10 minutes to get into Les Gets. During heavy snow conditions it is possible to ski off piste back to the chalet from the Mont Chéry chair lift. This should only be attempted by competent skiers and is snow dependant.
