C'est un hébergement tranquille. Nous y avons bien dormi. Le chauffage était correct! Par contre, l 'initialisation de la clé électronique n'a fonctionné qu'une seule fois et nous a embarré dehors. Nous avons communiqué avec une responsable par un téléphone installé au bureau de l'accueil car il n'y avait personne sur place. Cette responsable nous a envoyé André après une deuxième tentative d'initialisation avec elle au téléphone. Nous avions 9 heures de route dans le corps et nous avions très hâte de nous reposer ..... La propreté de la cuisine pourrait s'améiorer. Il y avait des dosettes de café pour une seule personne alors que nous étions deux. Il faut aussi savoir que le motel n'est pas accessible par la 138 quoi que google indique.

No front desk. Check in and check out were confusing. We were required to use an i-pad to check in and create our own key card (no human contact). We were assured that we could request translation of steps/ instructions provided on i-pad from French to English, which we did using the ipad app. This helped a little. But key steps, instructions and rules were still in French. When we checked out the information provided online was in Spanish? We liked the layout of unit but thought there wasn't enough light and we had to hunt for outlets. We had trouble accessing the property. The address was on rt 138 but we couldn't access the property via rt 138.

Staff was very helpful. Furniture was a little dated but unit was well equipped and very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. There is a local grocery store close by, but restaurants are a bit of a drive.

L’accueil machine, on peut toujours s’y faire. Mais si la carte magnétique ne fonctionne pas, bonne chance! Personne à joindre pour régler le problème. Au numéro affiché, on vous dit que la boîte vocale ne prend pas de message!!! Heureusement qu’on avait laissé la porte arrière déverrouillée!

The room was clean but the property is in need of some maintenance. The screen on the patio door was broken, so we couldn’t open the door for fresh air without letting the bugs in no air conditioning in room.

Everything was perfect 👌 it was convenient that there was a useful kitchen makes things a little bit chipper that going out to restaurants especially giving that it's a tourist hotspot yes the establishment was a little bit further from Tadoussac QC, but we found it wasn't to bad about a 16 minute drive and at the same time get to see a little bit more of the area it was clean and well kept what more can you ask for my wife and I were very satisfied 😌 😉
