Overlooking the Alps, the vacation apartment Chalet Le Choucas N°1 in the village of Lavassay impresses with its splendid view. The property is located 1 km away from Les Menuires ski resort. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
The apartment is set 400 m from restaurants, 500 m from a supermarket, 1.4 km from Les Menuires ski center, and 11 km from Val Thorens. The 3 Valleys area can be directly accessed from the village of Lavassay.
