- Located in a green and quiet setting, in a private domain, Provencal villa renovated in 2021. Fully equipped (air conditioning, new bedding), the villa has a large swimming pool of 12m x 5m, two terraces, a pergola, a landscaped garden of 2000 m² in terraces without any vis-à-vis, with an unobstructed view of the Massif des Maures. It is equipped with 4 bedrooms including 1 independent bedroom (separate entrance), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, American fridge, hob), a cellar (with freezer, washing machine, dryer), a gas barbecue.
The villa has a bathroom, a toilet and an independent pool house equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Close to all amenities with shops less than 10 minutes by car, the villa is ideally located to enjoy the Provence Verte (including the Gorges du Verdon less than an hour away) and the Coast (Fréjus/St Raphaël, St Tropez, Cannes...).
Aix-en-Provence and Toulon are only 1 hour away.
