Therefore, we recommend carefully evaluating these features before booking to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Please note that before reaching the property, you must travel along a narrow, winding road for approximately 2 minutes.

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a maximum of

12 hours per day, from November 1st to April 15th. During

this period, an additional fee will be applied 10 EURO per day to

compensate for heating costs for bookings lasting more than 15 days.

A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic and photographed villages of the 5Terre. It combines the authentic charm of Ligurian tradition with modern comfort, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. A few steps from the sea, the station and the most characteristic restaurants.
Three large double bedrooms all with independent air conditioning and free wi-fi.
The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.
