Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Leopoldshagen, Kirche" 700 m, sandy beach "Mönkebude" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Insel Usedom 40 km, Hansestadt Greifswald 60 km.
    3-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2024, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 10 m2, garden, lawn 400 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Für uns war das kleine Haus einfach nur super! Die Lage optimal, die kleine Terrasse zum Entspannen und der tägliche Besuch der kleinen Katze war immer herrlich! Vor Ort war die Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme. Die Dame vor Ort, Frau Behr, war einfach nur supernett. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Vollkommen zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ein schnuckliges Häuschen mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Kinder fühlten sich wohl, die Frau auch und ich somit auch :-). Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für die schönen Tage.

Zustandsbeschreibung

Die Grundausstattung ist i.O. Es ist alles vorhanden, was der Mensch braucht. Der Zustand könnte gepflegter sein. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer sind zum Sitzen nicht zu gebrauchen. Das grobe Korbgeflecht ist hart und bereitet Schmerzen.

Im gemütlichen Kapitänshaus war es schlecht geputzt(reichlich Haare im Bad, Spinnweben),der Fussboden in der Küche sehr abgenutzt,die Sofadecke so schmuddelig, dass man sie kaum benutzen konnte.Die Beleuchtung war im ganzen Haus sehr dürftig.Die Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert.Der Vorgarten sowie der Zaun waren in sehr schlechtem Zustand- Hier wurde seit Jahren nichts getan.

Das Haus war sehr schön mit einem kleinen Garten, einer tollen Terrasse und einer Sauna direkt im Bad. Diese ist die Versicherung gegen schlechtes Wetter. Es ist ruhig und echt nicht viel los im Ort, man kann sich aber gut erholen. Nur es gibt kein W-LAN im Haus und auch sonst ist die Internet Anbindung in der Gegend miserabel. Wer darauf angewiesen ist, der sollte sich etwas Anderes suchen.

Der Ort selbst ist sehr klein ...

Der Ort selbst ist sehr klein und hat zwei kleine "Tante Emma" Läden. Die nächsten Geschäfte in km Entfernung. Einen Stand gibt es im Ort selbst nicht, nur in den Nachbarorten. Die Wohnung ist urig, für höchstens fünf Personen geeignet, aber sonst in einem guten Zustand und ausreichend ausgestattet. Für Kinder gibt es im Ort und bei der Ferienwohnung nichts. Ein idealer Platz für Radfahrer. Es gibt viele hervorragende Radwege für nicht Rennradfahrer. Reisetipps: Der Tierpark und die Stadt Ueckermünde sind sehenswert, besonders mit Kindern. Usedom und Rügen sind einen Besuch wert.

Das Haus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der kleine Gärten wirkten etwas ungepflegt.

Wer die Einsamkeit und Ruhe liebt, für den ist es sehr gut geeignet- kein Internet, kein Telefonempfang, es sei denn, man geht auf die Straße, um wenigstens mal zu telefonieren. Das Dorf wirkt verlassen. Alle Aktivitäten gehen von Nachbarorten aus. Bei 35 Grad im Schatten gab es fette Daunendecken im Bett. 🙄😓 Jedoch gab es die Frühstücksbrötchen und Waren des täglichen Bedarfs gleich nebenan im "Tante Emma Laden". Alles in allem- akzeptable Unterkunft.

Das Haus ist wirklich gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider gingen die Elektroheizungen in den unteren Zimmern nicht wirklich und wir mussten spontan Holz für den Kamin finden um bei 3 Grad nicht zu frieren mit unseren Kids. Absolut kein Empfang um sein Telefon zu nutzen. Die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer und das geräumige Bad mit Sauna sind toll. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, im Winter aber mit Holz.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und in das Moor ist der Standort bestens geeignet. Es gibt nur einen Kritikpunkt: Wenn man doch die Heizung benötigt, wird es teuer, da diese mit Elektroheizkörpern betrieben wird. Es sind zwar ein Kaminoften und ein Kachelofen vorhanden, aber für das entsprechende Heizmaterial muss man selber sorgen.
