El personal de recepción y del restaurante se merecen una mención aparte dada su disposición al servicio, simplemente excelente. Esta fue la página en la que contraté el hotel. La experiencia fue muy mala: no respetaron el desayuno que estaba incluido en la reservación y, al momento de reclamar, no ofrecieron ninguna solución. Los desayunos ahora no tienen buen sazón y hay muy poca comida. En general muy bien el hotel, desafortunadamente uno de los recepcionistas llamado Yair no fue muy grato su trato. Nos salieron dos cucarachas dentro de la habitación a pesar de que "ya habían fumigado" y para el costo creo que por lo menos debe estar sin esos asquerosos animales.
