Small rooms but good overall, they are clean, everything works fine, the staff is very friendly, the street is not very nice, the sidewalk is invaded by the neighbor next door and full of dirt, but that's a government responsability, the location is very convenient if you are shopping for leather stuff, or if you are taking a bus, it's two blocks away from main bus station or if you're planning to take a plane there's a bus that takes you straight to the airport for less than $4 USD or $60 pesos if booked online (UNEBUS by PrimeraPlus)

Hotel en mal estado y poco seguro

Al llegar me asignaron una habitación, en la cual no servía la puerta de entrada, haciendo posible que cualquier persona del exterior pudiera entrar apesar de ponerle el seguro por dentro, me cambiaron a otra habitación en la cual no servía la ventana e igual podía abrirse tanto por fuera como por dentro, en aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el seguro interior de la puerta tampoco funcionaba y al ser mujer viajando sola, me sentí poco segura, por lo cual decidí retirarme del establecimiento, les expuse la situación a lo cual únicamente me dijeron que por la alta demanda no podían hacer nada.
