Very bright, brand new house of 75 square meters next to the entrance to the historic center of the city of León. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed (1.50m) with an en-suite bathroom and the other with two 90cm single beds. Large fully equipped American kitchen with a 30 m2 living room where there is a double sofa bed and the second full bathroom with a large window. It is one of the areas of the city with the most services due to its central location, the apartment has a supermarket 10 meters away and all kinds of restaurants and shops around it. Ideal to enjoy with your family. Space for 5 bikes

El piso es grande y muy bien iluminado.El pequeño inconveniente que le veo es que las escaleras son estrechas, es un tercero y no hay ascensor, es difícil de aparcar por la zona.Pero por dejando esas 3 cosas atrás el piso es bastante silencioso, está bien equipado, es cómodo y nos gustó.

Todo bien. A excepción de el acceso al inmueble, que es bastante antiguo, y sin ascensor, prácticamente un 3º. Pero el apartamento muy nuevo, confortable y muy bien equipado. Hemos estado con dos niños y perfecto de sitio, amplio. Para estacionar suele haber sitio cerca, sin pagar.Repetiríamos sin duda.

Buena comunicación con los anfitriones y facilidad para la entrega de llaves. El apartamento es como se muestra en las fotos: nuevo, luminoso, limpio y con muchos detalles. Cabe destacar que es un segundo piso sin ascensor y el portal es estrecho. La cama de matrimonio es cómoda pero la cama nido y el sofá no lo son.

El alojamiento es precioso, nuevo, luminoso, recién decorado y equipado con todo lo necesario. Tanto el check-in como el check-out resultaron muy cómodos y nos atendieron personalmente.
