Located in an exceptional hamlet, next to a Cistercian abbey, the house benefits from great energy. It is made up of two communicating bodies.
First body: Kitchen, Dining room, living room, fireplace, bathroom with toilet, Two bedrooms on mezzanine, toilet with sink.
Second body: Small living room with TV and videos, Two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, staircase access to the cellar furnished with table football.
Heated swimming pool from May to September.

Ā Ideal for a family vacation. The house combines old-fashioned charm (natural trellis, cantou, old stones, original parquet floors, etc.) and modern comfort. From the swimming pool, it offers a unique view of the 13th century monument which gave our name to our small village.

Lovely place but not ideal if you have small kids children .

We had a lovely time at the property especially the pool . Amazing view of the Abbey . Just a few things to the homeowner that they should think about . The house was comfortable but each rooms should be provided with a fan . Access to the pool from the house , the stairs from the house to the garage are very unsafe , to deep and not wide enough , extremely dangerous for kids.. The pool covert should have a better system. But overall it was a charming house .

Magnifique maison

Maison idĆ©ale avec une prestation + + que dā€™autres ne font pas. Piscine et terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur lā€™Abbaye. Gilles vient nettoyer la piscine 2x / semaine. Lisa qui nous accueille est au top. Et trĆØs comme communication avec la propriĆ©taire.

Excellent sĆ©jour dans cette maison de vacances parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©e et Ć  proximitĆ© des lieux touristiques de Dordogne et du Lot. L'accueil et la communication ont Ć©tĆ© trĆØs faciles avec les propriĆ©taires et Lisa, qui Ć©tait prĆ©sente Ć  notre arrivĆ©e. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien, nous avons passĆ© une semaine Ć  deux familles et l'espace Ć©tait parfait pour huit! La piscine Ć©tait fortement apprĆ©ciĆ©e lors de notre sĆ©jour. Je recommande ++ cette maison!

Nous avons passĆ© 2 trĆØs belles semaines Ć  LĆ©obard. Maison trĆØs spacieuse et trĆØs agrĆ©able dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite bien. Et les extĆ©rieurs sont magnifiques, notamment la piscine avec l'abbaye en arriĆØre plan.

bon emplacement pour dƩcouvrir le PƩrigord

l'accueil le dĆ©part et l'assistance technique super sympa, la maison est situĆ©e dans un hameau, route peu passante sous la piscine, et rue cotĆ© table extĆ©rieure, la maison est parfaitement propre, la cuisine un peu petite mais bien Ć©quipĆ©e, les salles d'eau aussi, il y a mĆŖme un lave-linge, les chambre du rez de chaussĆ©e agrĆ©ables donnent vers l'abbaye, celles sous le toit sont plus chaudes, la literie est de bonne qualitĆ©, plein de jeux Ć  disposition, le salon extĆ©rieur et la piscine sont accessible par l'extĆ©rieur, si on veut boire un coup il faut tout amener du haut et ensuite ramener, on entend et voit un peu la route dĆ©partementale 673 situĆ©e Ć  environ 300 m, nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour Ć  visiter le PĆ©rigord
