About this property

A charming house in the southern Ardèche with a view, located in a hamlet in the Cévennes

  • Fully renovated accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle), 2 bedrooms, each with a 140-cm bed, and an attic dormitory with 4 90-cm beds. The property features air conditioning and a large, private, fenced-in terrace offering a breathtaking view of the Lande Valley. The house measures 60 m² plus 30 m² for the dormitory. The 3m x 6m pool is located below the cottage and is shared with our family (4 people). You can park in front of the cottage.<br>A baby kit (booster seat, baby bathtub, travel cot) is available upon request.<br>Weekly rentals in July and August; minimum 2-night stays outside the summer season. Numerous hiking trails are located near the cottage, so there’s no need to take the car. The cottage is part of a very charming stone hamlet in the Cévennes, surrounded by horses and cows.<br>Sheets can be provided for €15 per bed.<br>The coffee maker is a Senseo.<br>The cottage is 30 minutes from the nearest store, so be sure to do your grocery shopping before you arrive 😀
