We recently stayed at this property and, while the mountain views were truly beautiful, the overall experience fell short — especially considering the 250/night price, which did not reflect good value. The outdoor deck, which should have been the highlight of the home, was grimy, unkept, and filthy, making it difficult to enjoy the scenery. Inside, the property lacked basic amenities for a rental that accommodates six guests: only enough towel holders for two people, no bath mats, and no safety bars in the shower. We also found insect fecal matter on the kitchen window sill and on the living room curtains. In addition, the filthy picture windows were a total distraction from the beautiful view.I had planned to do some work during our stay, but the Wi-Fi was inadequate and prevented me from accomplishing what I needed. The satellite TV in the master bedroom was inconsistent and rarely worked, and the outdated televisions really need to be replaced with smart TVs. When we reached out to the Premier Host for help operating the TVs, it took two days to receive a response.Other issues included dirty living room mirrors, filthy fireplace glass, and a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the fireplace. The washer and dryer were nice, but no instruction manuals were provided. We still enjoyed our time in the area, but the property needs significant cleaning, updating, and more attentive hosting to justify its nightly rate.
