Great overall experience, every staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. We forgot one minor toiletry item, called down to reception to inquire if they happen to have what we neede and it was delivered to our door, free of charge within about 5 minutes.

Went in the winter time and pool could have been warmer. Not many guests so quick service at restaurant and bar. Property and grounds were beautiful. Looks like a really fun summertime hotel when outdoor pool is open

Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City
Check in was slow offered kiosk but it wasn’t working well so ended up standing inline. Room nice, clean. Pizza here was excellent.
