"There is no local number to call the hotel directly, so this review is less about interaction with actual hotel staff and more about Wyndham staff. You can only connect with Wyndham staff for any questions about this hotel. I called twice and twice was told there was no shuttle from the ferry terminal or the airport for this hotel. After engaging an Uber from the ferry terminal, we pulled up to the hotel at the same time as the hotel's shuttle from the ferry. There are some maintenance issues with this hotel, the toilet in my room was not secured to the floor properly and wobbled quite a bit. A wrapped soap had been dropped in the toilet and left there. The towel/soap wrap left on the tub was damp, which made me wonder if it had been used for something or just put down too quickly before the tub was dry. The staff are trying, but it doesn't look like Wyndham is giving them much help."

"Great place to stay! The place is beautiful, unique and very well appointed. My room was very comfortable from the bed to the stone walk in shower. The location is close to everything yet surrounded by quiet forest. The owner Johnny is a creative collector and a very pleasant and friendly guy to talk to. Kelli manages the place as a true professional with easy self check in and great communication. Your stay with them will be way better than any hotel in town!"

"This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. "
