Good location but I’m not sure about night time.

Beautiful property and wonderful amenities (outdoor pool, spa). And really liked its vicinity to the mall with tons of restaurants ands bars to visit. Close proximity to the airport Definitely intend to stay here again

The Belmont Hotel is convenient because of its proximity to the airport’s Terminal 3 station. However, its daily breakfast food options, staff, and rooms leave much room for improvement. When my husband and I arrived at our room, it smelled musty, moldy, and damp— reason why the staff probably cranked up the Airconditioning which we eventually had to adjust because it was freezing inside the room. When we used the shower, it “semi-flooded” the bathroom and having a handicapped husband certainly made it nerve-wracking to ensure he does not slip and fall. I had to constantly get a towel to wipe down the wet floors and “push out” excess and stagnant water down the drains. Having a sensor-type faucet where you brush your teeth does not help as well because sometimes, even with your hands underneath the faucet, the water refuses to come out. During our first day, we were trying to get some sleep (jet-lagged) when there was this earth-moving drilling going on next door that my husband had to call the manager to let them know that we were concerned about the noise next door and were woken up from our much-needed rest from the flight the previous night. Long story short: manager could not do anything so my husband called security and that settled it. Maybe administrative and clerical staff need more training in regards to customer service. / Breakfast was fine but the okra was undercooked, the eggs were cold and had been sitting out too long on a plate, and orange juice was Tang.

We stayed at Alpha Suites and was given a room at Tower 2. We liked our room with all the amenities provided and it was clean. Masters bedroom view was awesome with wall to ceiling glass window. Staff are amazing and very responsive to our needs. Rey from housekeeping made sure our requests are attended like trash pick up, complementary bottled water replacements, towel replacements, etc. Breakfast buffet selections are great! We enjoyed it so much. Staff are very attentive, particularly Mary Magdalene who checked and provided our breakfast dining needs during our stay. Her work ethics is highly commendable. Cons of our stay, hand towels are not provided. Need to be requested and provision depends on its availability. Also, upon arrival, his and hers bathroom sinks are clogged. It was fixed then when we reported it. I have to report too and showed a picture of the damaged breakfast table and cupboard. I hope that the hotel will ensure that rooms will be ready prior to guests arrival. Overall stay is 4 out of 5 rating.
