Our 16-apartment aparthotel features stylish design, modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens with dining areas. The bright and spacious apartments also have box spring beds, smart TVs and of course free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, 10 of our apartments have their own sauna in the bathroom. The property also has a garden with barbecue facilities.

Gut - aber fehlende Sorgfalt

Im Prinzip passt die Beschreibung der FeWo, es gab sogar Kaffee mit Filtertüten und die Sauna ist ne feine Sache. Check-In mit Rezeption sehr gut. Im Detail vermisst man aber an vielen Stellen die Sorgfalt in der Unterhaltung der Wohnung.Wackelnde Duschstange, Duschabfluss halb verstopft, nicht richtig schließendes Fenster, defekte Stuhlbeine, deutlich zu wenig Kleiderbügel, Appartmenttür schließt nicht richtig, Kühlschrank mit vielen fehlenden Ablagen, Arbeitsplatte klebt und fehlende Küchenutensilien. Das kannte ich bisher so von einer FeWo noch nicht. Daher 2 Punkte Abzug.

Gut und günstig

Liegt gut, Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. In die Küche könnte noch ein Toaster gestellt werden.
