Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster. Schmutziges abgeranztes Treppenhaus ohne Lift. Zimmer schmutzig, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank auch. Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr freundlich. Musste x-mal telefonieren da es mit dem On line-Checkin nicht geklappt hat. Bei Ankunft zuerst einmal eine Dame versorgt, die die Treppe herunter gestürzt war. Bei der Treppe kein Wunder.
Auf den Handtuchtrockner haben wir KEIN Handtuch gehängt.
Danke für die keine-Ahnung-wie-alte-Butter im Kühlschrank.
Diese Mikrowelle haben wir NICHT benutzt.

Ich habe mit meiner Tochter im Auto übernachten müssen bei 3 grad da keiner meine Nachricht wegen des codes gelesen hat, was eigentlich von denen kommen sollte! 2 Tage später kam eine Nachricht zurück das es ihnen leid tut aber mein Geld kann ich vergessen und dann haben die mich gesperrt weitere Nachrichten zu schreiben! Ich will mein Geld zurück, wie kann ich dagegen vorgehen? Das sind Gauner!!!
