Хорошее место для остановки на один и более дней, учитывая хорошую транспортную доступность в Лейпциге. Гостеприимное отношение, нормальный номер. Несколько слабоват завтрак, есть только колбасно-мясная нарезка, помидоры, огурцы, перец, йогурт и варёные яйца из горячего. Но понятно, что это недорогой частный отель. Рекомендую как вариант. Auch Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall Alles in allem,100prozent Empfehlungswert ##### micha Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Daniela 11 Dec 2014 #### altes und doch schönes Hotel Für einen Kurzaufenthalt schön und im Hinterhof ruhig gelegen. ##### Daniela Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 1 Dec 2014 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### ファミリー向けには良いです 11/26～11/29の３泊４日で利用しました。 駅から車で１５分くらいですので、タクシーかレンタカーがないと厳しいです。 近くには落書きだらけのビルや廃墟のような建物があったりして不安になりましたが、ホテルの前の道は広く、近くにＤＩＹのストアらしきものがあり、治安は悪くなさそうでした。 入り口は車１台がギリギリの通路があり、中庭があって、ホテルがあります。 駐車場は中庭と建物の周囲に停められますが、まあまあ一杯でした。 フロントの対応は感じよく、無料の朝食付きだったのは助かりました。 部屋は３階でしたが、エレベーターがないので大荷物だった我が家は苦労しました。 ３人と２人が泊まれるベッドルーム２つとキッチンとテーブル、それと１０畳はありそうな大きなトイレとシャワーのある部屋でした。「アパートメントルーム」って言ってました。 小さな子ども連れだったので、バスタブがあったのは助かりました。ただ、シャワーと蛇口の切り替えレバーのとって部分が壊れていたのはご愛嬌です。フロントに聞くと、「回すのではなく、引っ張るタイプなので修理するまで使っておいて！」といわれました。結局３日間とも修理はされませんでしたけど。 キッチンはお皿や鍋、フライパン、電子レンジがあるので、近くのスーパーで買い物をすれば食事を部屋で作れます。ちょうど哺乳瓶を洗う洗剤とスポンジや割り箸を持っていたので、不便なく使えました。 ５人でちょうどの部屋です。総括してみれば、宿泊料金も手ごろで、我が家にとって大変ありがたいホテルでした。 ##### Verified traveller Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Thomas 28 Jul 2014 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### Fint hotel til en hurtig overnatning Vi er 5 personer som skulle bruge en hurtig overnatning på vej hjem fra vores ferie. Dette hotel ligger i et område som ikke er så pænt, men bilen kan parkeres i gården og det virkede rimeligt trygt. Sengene var lidt hårde, men ok for 1 enkelt nat og vi fik et dejligt stort 2 værelses med 5 senge og kæmpe badeværelse. Все интересные места можно обойти за пару часов. Порадовала воскресная ярмарка прямо на центральной площади с отличными недорогими фруктами. Our room was roomy and clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, huge selection. Only negative was street noise, our room was street level on the front of the building. I'm sure rooms on the courtyard are quieter. The neighbourhood is definitely for the more seasoned traveler (a 10min tram ride from the city center) and does not offer a wealth of conveniences. Frühstück war sehr gut, es war von allem etwas vorhanden und wurde auch immer aufgefüllt. Es ist ein ruhiges kleines Hotel im Leipziger Westen. Die Umgebung des Hotels läßt etwas zu wünschen übrig, da es zu DDR-Zeiten reines Industrieviertel war. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel und eine Haltestelle weiter fährt die Straßenbahn in die Stadtmitte. Man kann in alle Richtungen bequem fahren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. ##### Iris P. Eine wahrhafte Oase. Der Service einladend, das Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als das ausgewiesene \*\*-Niveau: Bad-Ausstattung komplett, sogar mit Fön. Überragend das Frühstücksangebot: süß, herzhaft, Müsli, mehr geht nicht!!!!!!! Und letztendlich (nicht unwichtig für Nicht-Auto-Touristen) Bus-Haltestelle mit enger Takt-Frequenz vor der Tür. Ich komme bestimmt im Sommer wieder, um den Karl-Heine-Kanal zu erkunden.
