These apartments are located in a historic villa near the center of Leipzig, just 200 m from the Arena Leipzig and 900 m from the Red Bull Arena. WLAN is available free of charge.

The bright and modern Downtown Apartments Leipzig were extensively renovated in 2015. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Coffee and tea facilities are provided in all apartments.

Numerous streetcar lines stop at the Waldplatz streetcar stop, which is just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. Leipzig Zoo and all the sights of Leipzig's Old Town are just a 20-minute walk or a few streetcar stops away.
