Die Küche ist schon älter, aber noch ok. Geschirr wohl neu. Kein Toaster vorhanden. Bad sieht neu aus. Leider keine Haken und keine Aufhängung für den Duschkopf und für das Toilettenpapier. Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber kein Wäscheständer. Fernseher vorhanden, aber Programme nicht einprogrammiert. Sonst moderne Einrichtung mit oberflächlicher Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Die Lage war ruhig und sehr nah an Tramstationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Herunterladen der smart open app, sodass wir nicht einfach so ins Haus reinkamen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut geschnitten. Für 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder war sie völlig ausreichend, für die in der Beschreibung angegebene Belegung von 8 Personen empfinde ich sie als nicht geeignet. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend, die Betten in den anderen Schlafzimmern sind für 2 Erwachsene zu schmal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert, Nachbesserungswünsche wurden unverzüglich umgesetzt (bspw: Nachlieferung von zusätzlicher Bettwäsche). Die Ausstattung der Küche (Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln, Kochutensilien, Reinigungsmittel, Geschirrtücher etc.) war gut, Geschirr war teilweise jedoch sehr knapp vorhanden und zum Teil auch unzureichend (Gläser und Tassen). Hier müsste sicher etwas nachgekauft werden.Alles in allem war die Wohnung für eine Städtereise super und wir werden die Unterkunft sicher weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank für die gute Beherbergung. ##### Koban M.
