The location was good. The hotel itself is older and therefore the rooms and the equipment in them are older. The breakfast was not great, but wasn’t bad, either (sub-par compared to others we’ve had). No problems, though, overall.

- The hotel is cleaner
- The staff is helpful
- The room key stopped working before the check-out time. I needed to call the support number a couple of times to get them to help me reopen the room to get my stuff from it. Once I got them on the phone, they were helpful.

We had a family suite, which was massive, and very nice. A lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful stuff. Just a shame we didn't stay longer, we really liked Graz
