"We never once had anyone check to see if we needed towels or clean our room in the 3 nights we stayed. So we had 2 towels the entire trip. There were only 2 lounge chairs by pool and both were broke. There were only 5 lb and 40/45 pound weights in workout room yet pictures showed a weight room full of various weights. Not much variety at breakfast."

"I was surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price. It was dirty and outdated. The office chair leather was completely worn. Swollen exposed particle board on furniture, hair on the sink and in the tub, I was pretty grossed out by all the furniture and carpet. I’m also very surprised that the reviews I read praised the breakfast. It was mediocre at best. The property itself was littered with garbage and pet waste. I will never stay here again"

"First impression when we arrived, there was dog waste all in the grass area. Some sketchy cars and people out in the parking lot. Front desk didn’t care to greet us. Elevator and hallways were warm and had a musty smell. The room smelled musty and stale. Bed was squeaky, lamp was broken with no base, mirrors were dirty, no shampoo and there were hairs still on the conditioner bottle. Trash all around the outside of the hotel building."

"The staff was amazing and very friendly!! They were accommodating to our situation.. The room/bathroom was really clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! They had breakfast every morning we were there and it was decent. If needed we would definitely stay there again!!"
