"Lacks pantry items such as hygiene items, band aids, Tylenol, snack foods etc. Restaurant hours of operation too narrow. Moreover, TVs need upgrades, unable to connect laptops nor cast."

"I checked into a King Suite that opened to a balcony on the second floor. When I walked into the room it had an odor, but I thought it was from the A/C being off and air not circulating. I started the A/C, opened the outside door to help ventilate. After staying the night, (of course didn't sleep well) I left the air going all day while I was gone but unfortunately, nothing changed. The odor was still there so I asked to change rooms. I wasn't able to get another suite, so I stayed on the first floor by the pool. This room smelled better but after showering, I grabbed a towel and it had orange stains on it. I ended up staying two nights in this room. Luckily, I only had to sleep at the hotel. That said, after 3 nights I came home and have had a sinus cold ever sense. I am pretty easy going but definitely won't be going back."

"This was a little different. I checked in at one hotel and stayed at the hotel next to it. The attendant said they had just bought it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Checking out the gentleman helping us was super nice."

"For starters it was a relatively cheap stay, but I got what I paid for. The hotel was very clean and appealing. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. The rack that is supposed to hold clean towels was always empty. Not a single person filled it the four days I stayed there. I always had to ask for towels and got a pretty judgy response when I asked. I asked for house keeping three times. It wasnt till the last time I asked that the receptionist asked if I could just put my towels in a bag and bring them to the front. She said the same for the trash. I didn't get my sheets changed till Wednesday evening. I stayed there from Sunday at 3 till Thursday at 10. The location was in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops. The parking was decent and the hotel was easy to get to."
