Besides the bed bugs, everything else was great! Staff were so friendly & helpful! Place is beautiful otherwise. Was fortunate enough to have the whole villa to ourselves until last few days.
When booking this villa they were very poor in replying - several time I had to resend messages / emails before I had a reply. Before we arrived, I tried to book a table for breakfast for the group that was staying, only to be told when the 1st of the group arrived, that the kitchen was not working as they had no chef - others were told it was due to having no hot water. They then booked a table up the street without telling us. We had difficulty getting new bath towels even when they were asked on several occasions. When asked if they had ice, we were told that they didn't, but they could buy some in for us which we paid for. On the 1st morning I noticed that 1 of the windows was broken and I advised staff of this. When we checked out, they told us that we had to pay for the damages, and they would not allow us to leave until it was paid for. I told them that I had reported the damage on the 1st morning. After some back and forwarding we were allowed to leave. After I had left, they then confronted other of the travelling party and wanted them to pay for the damage. I have now received another email / message chasing money for the damage.
I would not recommend staying at this Villa at all.
Beds are rock hard (some may like hard beds) no tea or coffee facilities. 2 bottles of water per day. No tissues (tissues supplied was a roll of toilet paper) Paper thin towels - 1 split when being used - and as they were very thin, they did not dry very well.
The stay was amazing, villa was good but the kitchen could be improved in terms of cleanliness and warm food storage. Staff was very welcoming and friendly

Proximity to Kuta and Seminyak and yet quiet. Beautiful grounds
Like a home away from home. Staff were excellent. 3 bedroom villa spacious. Villa Pool and main pool lovely. well maintained gardens. Would prefer buffet breakfast but alacarte still nice and tasty. A little away from beach and main drag. 15 min walk. But bluebird taxi only a few dollars to get you places
Checked out this hotel a few months ago and booked 5 days for this trip,i was very surprised that this hotel was so quiet and the staff were also very helpful anytime i needed something. I would not hesitate to stay here again, i was in a suite room on the ground floor
Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Pool area great, room a little tired, but for cost it’s 👍. Breakfast simple, but very adequate and always cooked well and tasty. Food from menu was great also. Quiet location, but close enough to walk to everything. Will be back. 🙏
The private villa was quiet and removed from nearby traffic, with a separate sitting area and smaller pool that was very peaceful. The hotel location was convenient to lots of local shopping, beaches and the airport, plus day trips. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful with bags and requests and the provided breakfast was good. Overall very good and easy stay.
Good place with great price, close to restaurant 24 hours

Good value for money.
My room was ok and everything clean. The bathroom was not not great but again it was clean. Sheets & towels were old. Pool area great. About a 20 minute walk to the beach , shops & restaurants. I stayed for 2 nights and for the price I paid, it was good value for money.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Definitely wasn’t close to beach
I had booked deluxe room when got there put up top room 401 maybe because was big room they think it’s deluxe room was older ran down room the rooms in 600 bottom near pool where mordern shouldn’t Be deluxe room and to say 10 minutes walk beach totally wrong need bike get there all up I wasn’t happy my room at all since payed more then standard room I travel bali a lot lst last night this motel
It's not accurate to the photo. Room smells extremely stinky and moldy. I couldn't breathe properly. I opened the door to refresh the air but then a bunch of mosquitoes came in and there's no mosquito net or screen door. So I ran down to store and get incense sticks and candles but the smell didn't go away untill I check out. Bed mattress, blanket and pillows are cheap crap. Next morning I littalally got sick by breathing moldy toxic air(my throat was swollen and my nose was nearly bleeding) and I got strong shoulders pain cause of the crappy bed. Amenity is lame. There's no floor mat, no hand towel, no shampoo, not even a single soup they provide. No toilet bidet and flusgh was too weak easy to block. Had to buy my own shower product. Breakfast was lame and poor taste. Also I used their laundry service they charged 5times more than other places and you know what? It came out all stained and partly bleached! Wish I am joking now but sadly that's all true as I got photos of it. It was the most disgusting nightmare experience of my 12 years of world travel. This place is not even cheap place and they raised double price cause it was ramadan holiday. The only good thing of this place is the kind staffs. They were doing their best to sort out the problems as much as they can. But it's not about the staffs. It's about the stinge owner who don't want to improve any quality of the property. This is a huge scam. Do your best to avoid this place or at least the room #502 suit.
Location quite and close walking distance to shops and if you like to exercise it was pleasant walk to the beach
What I loved about Villa Diana was it was a small number of rooms/villas relaxing and intimate complex my room was a few steps from the swimming pool.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
A couple of Ideas for improvement as I see it.
1. A few extra power point in the room to charge phones iPads laptops etc
2. To access the pool in the heat of the day maybe have cover or sails over part of the pool to provide shade as not everyone likes to swim in the hot sun. This will cater for everyone’s needs.
Was very pleasantly surprised at how lovely Billa Diana was. For a 3 star hotel it was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough for me. The aircon was a little temperamental, but the staff were there fixing it in no time. Nothing was too much for them. The hotel is nice and small with great sized rooms. The grounds and the pool are great too. If your expecting a big banquet at breakfast, you will be dissapointed. There is traditional Bali food and the chef cooks eggs to your desire. There is plenty to eat and if it runs out the staff cook more.
My family and I will be back in March to stay at one of the 3 bed villas.
Thank you for a welcoming and fantastic stay.
