The dining room is equipped with an extension table (not shown in the photos) that can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The first bedroom is a master suite on the ground floor with a bay window exposed to the south, 160x200 bed and spacious bathroom (to PRM standards) with walk-in shower and double sink.

The ground floor hosts three other bedrooms and a bathroom of good volumes, a games room and a second separate toilet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed and is south-west facing with an exceptional view of the forest. The third is also equipped with a 160x200 bed and is exposed to the east; it has a private living room.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds with independent bedside lamps (the high beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old).

The games room is equipped with a screen, a PS5 game console with two controllers and a comfortable leather sofa.

The floor-to-ceiling windows are full The south-facing apartments open onto a large terrace of more than 100 m², without vis-à-vis, with an outdoor kitchen area equipped with a stainless steel plancha, a large outdoor table for 10 guests and a salt water swimming pool heated to 28 degrees (from 18 April to 17 October).

The swimming pool is equipped with two safety devices that meet standards: a bar cover (not present in the photos) and an alarm.

The listed landscaped garden has private access to a forest path leading to the Canal des Étangs and its walking-mountain bike trail.

A spacious bowling alley and two private outdoor parking spaces complete the property.

The cycle path is accessible in front of the property and offers direct access for cyclists to the ocean beach of Grand Crohot, the villages of the Cap Ferret peninsula and many other destinations such as Lacanau or Andernos-les-Bains.
