Great location. Despite the hot weather, it stayed cool inside. Nice common areas. Fresh bathroom, and having a dishwasher and washing machine was very convenient since we had children with us. Ces deux points sont à nuancer : nous connaissons la région l’été, et, assurément, la maison doit garder une fraîcheur très agréable et la partie de terrasse ombragée bien appréciable. Par ailleurs, les sons de la route ne s’entendaient absolument pas lorsque nous étions à l’intérieur. De l’extérieur, les bruits de la route s’entendent, atténués par la maison des propriétaires qui se trouve entre le logement et cette route. Pour le reste : le logement est une maisonnette au style très local (on aime le bois !), bien équipée (belle douche, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, bonne literie, …) très confortable pour 4 ou 5 personnes, et l’état était impeccable à notre arrivée. Une terrasse en bois entre le logement et la maison des propriétaires (intimité préservée) partiellement couverte, avec salon extérieur et bains de soleil, et une autre à l’arrière avec la table du jardin, qui surplombe un petit jardin entièrement clos qui a beaucoup plu à notre westie. Et, surtout… quel emplacement ! Vous êtes à 2 minutes à pied du merveilleux porc ostréicole de Piraillan et donc du bassin (avec quelques petites plages à proximité immédiate, et 2 cabanes à huîtres excellentes et très accueillantes) et à quelques minutes à vélo de l’océan ou d’autres magnifiques sites comme le Canon ou la Pointe aux Chevaux. Commerces à proximité. Très agréable. En ce début mai, pendant notre séjour, il manquait juste un peu de lumière naturelle, mais ce n'était pas bien grave.
