We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, perfect for a relaxing holiday between the ocean, forest, and bay.



Located in a peaceful spot at the back of the garden, this single-storey 110 m² house sits at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and the Arcachon Bay.



The house features a bright living room with a workspace, an open kitchen, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus a folding extra bed suitable for a child or teenager. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate.



Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed 1,500 m² garden and a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, a hammock, and a charcoal barbecue. A private driveway allows parking for several cars.
