### Fantastic house with pool between ocean and bay, modern and luxurious decor.

Luxurious, modern country house equipped with designer furniture, car ports, 1,400 sqm enclosed grounds in the Vallons du Ferret. Wonderful view over the Vallons from the upstairs bedrooms.  
Large living room on the ground floor, with fireplace, sofa, TV, internet access, dining room and open kitchen. Utility room with second fridge, washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms, each with large double bed, built-in shower and toilet. One TV-room in the basement with bed sofa 1 person. On the upper floor two bedrooms one with king-size bed and one with 2 single beds, private shower rooms and one separate toilet. Covered terrace with dining on the pool side and another covered terrace at the rear of the house.  
Garden furniture, pool loungers, BBQ, outdoor shower.  
Within walking distance to bay beaches and the center of Le Canon with shops and restaurants, the nearest market ist Piraillan.

#### Très belle vacance dans une très belle maison

Une maison agréable à vivre pour deux familles avec enfants. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Un petit coin de paradis pour se déplacer en vélo.

#### Ein augezeichnetes Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist luxuriös und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die direkte Zuordnung der vier Badezimmer zu den vier Schlafzimmern ist ausgesprochen bequem und angenehm. Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Highlight: sei es der direkte Zugang zum Poolbereich (zwei Zimmer) , sei es die große Terrasse im Obergeschoss oder der schöne Blick über Le Canon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil: das fünfte Schlafzimmer liegt im Untergeschoss, hat keinen Ausblick und keine Dusche. Es ist okay, steht aber hinter den anderen vier Schlafzimmern so stark zurück, dass man Probleme hat, den Mitreisenden zu bestimmen, der dieses Zimmer nutzt. Wir konnten uns dadurch behelfen, dass zwei Personen (die kein Paar sind) sich einen Raum geteilt haben - was wir eigentlich nicht wollten. Fazit: für 4 Paare ein tolles Haus.
