In the heart of Cap Ferret, just steps away from the bay beach, this comfortable house with its great sun terrace is situated on a very idyllic garden plot. The house is very comfortable, well furnished and decorated. There is a large living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 0.90 m. Additional bathroom and 2 separate WC. The terrace offers plenty of garden furniture. Barbecue. The house is situated in an ideal Cap Ferret location, everything is within walking distance.

Lovely house right near the beach

This our second time staying in this lovely property. The house is conveniently located, very close to the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The house is comfortable and spacious, with a large outside terrace at the back, overlooking a small garden. This is a great place to sit outdoors or just to relax in a deckchair. Marie was very helpful with any queries that we had and we would definitely recommend staying here.
