About this property
Attractive villa with pool in walking distance to ocean and bay beach
- Well-maintained and comfortable two-storey house set in 1,100 sqm enclosed grounds with a carport. The living area with sofa, fireplace, TV and dining room is spacious. Additionally there is a large glass veranda with supplementary seating areas. The separate kitchen is very well equipped. One bedroom with double bed 1.60 m, three bedrooms with double beds 1.40 m and one bedroom with two single beds. Some of the bedrooms upstairs have a sunny balcony. There are two bathrooms and two toilets. Spacious terrace with garden furniture, pool loungers and barbecue. The house is situated on the Cap Ferret peninsula in the village of Le Canon neighborhood 'Les Vallons du Ferret'. The Ocean beach, the bay, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Ample garden furniture and pool loungers are available. There is a weekly pool service.
