The property is \~1/2 acre with plenty of parking and is nestled in a quiet protected cove with plenty of room for the family to float, swim, or explore! Home has a private dock with \~4.5 feet of water and is set up with cleats to easily tie your own boat or rental. The home is also within walking distance to the SC&G #4 boat landing and launch to launch your own private boat or jet ski. The home comes with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, amazing vacation. We had a great time using the onsite kayaks and canoe. The house is slightly smaller then we expected as the pictures sort of made it out to be a two story home but only the decks are on different levels and the living quarters are on one floor. We had a slight issue with shower water staying hot but the host was very easy to get ahold of to try and help resolve the issue.
