Nice house with plenty of room! Downside they only had keurig and we had many adults and would have benefit from a full coffee pot. Would recommend bringing your own towels as theirs were not in good shape.

The house was perfect for my family and was beg enough to hold our family for my nieces wedding. There was plenty of room to stretch out and have my niece get her hair and makeup done with her girls. the house has everything you need with the pool and the gym. wish we could've stayed longer then 4 days. definitely be renting again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful patio and pool! The pool is absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed it! The house was perfect. We were ten people and were very comfortable. Excellent communication with Erica, the host. Highly recommend it!

There was a little mix-up in the very beginning, but all turned out well. The location was great, within a 15-minute drive to the venue for our golf tournament. Thought there were more beds than what we found, but we worked it out with the boys. The pool was not heated, which, in the long run, came in handy as they got in and got out really quickly.

The home is nicely remodeled and had plenty of space for our family. Our only challenge with sleeping arrangements was finding the correct size sheets for the futon and roll-away bed. Also, the only sleeping pillows were those on the beds. There was an abundance of comforters and decorative pillows to choose from but since we wanted sleeping pillows, we were able to borrow some from a relative who lives in the area. The home was freezing cold when we arrived....my husband saw that it was set at 66, so my husband raised it to a more comfortable setting. We figured the cleaning team must have lowered it but not resetThe pool seems to have a problem with the filter because it wasn't clean. We made a call to the property manager shortly after we arrived. She was able to get the pool guy to come and clean the pool the following morning so we only lost a day of pool usage. My only concern with this rental is that we noticed that there are NO smoke detectors in the house. This was noticed on our final full day, so I worried all night that there would be a fire and I wouldn't be able to get the family out of the home. I'm not sure how someone can rent a home without having smoke/CO2 detectors....my thought is that VRBO properly vets the properties they allow to advertise on their website, so I was caught off-guard. I did notify the owner....the response was that they were removed when the home was remodeled and not replace but that they would get this issue resolved.

The pool was nice to have but needed to be cleaned, it was pretty dirty. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities but again, things were not put away clean. We had to wash everything before using it. Based on the listing of the bedroom layouts, it stated that one room had a queen, a full and a twin in it, we chose this house because it would allow very few people to have to sleep on a couch. There was no queen bed present in the room but we found a queen mattress topper in the closet. This is not a bed. For a house that is not pet friendly, all of the couches had claw marks and were picked from the presence of an animal and they were covered up with table runners and blankets to hide their shabbiness. We arrived to a constant chirping from something in the garage (turned out to be a dying battery in the door opener). We were told by the manager to unplug it. The dying battery is not fixed by eliminating power, it is caused by the door opener not having power and the battery needing to do all of the work. We found lights we could not turn on and were told it was because of a GFI outlet by the pool that "trips sometimes" and it just needs to be reset. Resetting it did not fix the problem. It is also not a safe way to have a home that people are renting. There was an outlet outside that did not have an outlet cover over it. There were many light switches that did not appear to control anything but that could also have been related to the tripped GFI near the pool.
