Housekeeping left a pile of dirty towels and didn’t refill the empty tissue holder or provide extra roll of toilet paper even though the roll was near empty

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wildwood The Villages by IHG
Everything was good but the room was not clean. Looked like that had not vacuumed on the side of the bed near window! Chips on ground near headboard of the bed and dirt next to the movable chair.

Hampton Inn & Suites Lady Lake/The Villages
Breakfast was fine, pool had many bugs and tree debris. Room was very clean. Carmen at the front desk was kind. Elevators made horrible noises. Fyi despite being a gold member was not given a welcome drink because of the method booked. That was a first for me. Wouldnt be my first choice to stay again ...
