Two new bathrooms, one with a spacious shower, one with a bathtub. 1\. Floor: two bedrooms (one double bed 180 x 200 cm, one bed 160 x 200 cm). Furnishings of all rooms modern and with attention to detail. Large terrace and garden with sheltered seating area. The house Minnet - a holiday home with charm and comfort The house Minnet in Ostfriesland, a typical for the 60s two-storey detached house, quiet area, located in the heart of East Frisia on the outskirts of the pretty town of Leer. It was completely renovated in the years 2014 and 2015 and renovated and extended by about 3m. This created a new and very spacious kitchen and living area. The house is surrounded by a garden (about 600 square meters), in which there are several seating areas. The city center of Leer with its historic harbor can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, by bike in less than 15 minutes, without having to cross a busy road, if you drive directly "by train", as the locals say. The house Minnet has been furnished overall modern and with attention to detail. Alles ist super schnell und einfach mit dem Fahrrad zu finden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach nur klasse. Sehr großzügige Aufteilung. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr gut. Die ebenerdige, großzügige Dusche möchte man am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt, die einzelnen Ecken laden zum verweilen ein, ebenso die Terrasse. Zwei große Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung, so dass man vor der Sonne geschützt ist. Also nur zu empfehlen, wir fahren gerne wieder hin. ##### Heike K.
