We had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub very handy place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Well placed buses in to city regular and reasonable, buy a family day pass cheaper than two returns.

It was amazing, the Grand has really friendly and helpful staff from the minute you check in to when you are leaving the hotel.
