"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. "Eine tolle Woche am Ledrosee. Herrliches Wetter, schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen, eine tolle Unterkunft, eine nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Genial, dass im Haus eine Café ist und gleich nebenan ein kleiner Supermarkt, mit allem Wichtigen, was man so braucht. Perfekt und gerne wieder."

"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning.
