New 100 m2 first-floor apartment consisting of: large living area with sofa, 60" satellite TV and well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, and insulated fixtures (well insulated), one bedroom with one double bed, large closet and TV, one bedroom with two single beds and closet, a first windowed bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet and a second windowed bathroom with round shower, toilet/bidet and washing machine. Loft with two cribs (max. height 1.90m, min. height 1.60m).
The apartment is equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, floor heating , tv-sat, hair dryer, large terrace overlooking the pool.
Also available to guests is a private indoor parking lot and private cellar/bike storage.
In the 750-square-meter garden, fully fenced, available to each apartment are: table with private chairs and umbrella, sunbeds and communal pool, barbecue area.
