"The property itself is beautiful but the management and upkeep is poor. The fire pit was non-functioning when we arrived. There was a major ant infestation in the kitchen and butlers pantry (to the point where we would find ants crawling on us even when we were hanging out elsewhere, like the living room). The coffee maker didn't work. When we initially contacted the management company during our stay about these issues, we were given instructions to go buy a lighter manually light the firepit (which we did but even that didn't fix the problem) and were given general tips for managing ant infestations.The management company offered us a 100 refund and eventually stopped answering our emails altogether. "

"The house was beautiful and very clean. Everyone who stayed with us was impressed and enjoyed the time in Malibu. The house was perfect for our special occasion.Despite some miscommunication and misunderstandings at the beginning of the booking, they genuinely made an effort to be understanding and accommodate our needs.We are so glad that we stayed at the house and wish we had more time to spend there.In-person check-in was required, which made our day a little hectic, but once you see the house, you understand why they want it that way. It’s also nice to have someone walk you through everything.They have a very nice kitchen and literally has everything!
