Beautiful house with great panorama

Beautiful location, great Panorama view, very quiet , only 30min car drive to Neuschwanstein. Nice balcony to enjoy the mountain panorama, nice Terrace and small garden with nice view to bavarian cows.

Wir haben Erholung gebraucht und gefunden. Ein schönes Haus mit direkten Weg zum Wald. Eichhörnchen als direkte Nachbarn, denen man von der Terasse aus zuschauen kann. Wenn man einen Ort sucht, um Ruhe zu finden, ist mal hier richtig! Und wenn man doch mehr Trubel sucht, ist man mit dem Auto flexibel unterwegs, bei herrlicher Kulisse.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Ortsrandlage, direkt am Wald. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das schöne Wetter im September noch auf der Terrasse genießen können. Nur die Internetanbindung ist unzureichend, so war z.B. Fernsehen über die Mediathek nicht möglich und WLAn ist in einigen Bereichen des Hauses nicht vorhanden.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Julia. Die Lage ist grandios: schöner Blick auf Kuhweiden, direkt ums Eck ein kleiner, nicht stark besuchter See, den man vom Haus aus direkt im Badeanzug aufsuchen kann, wenn man eine Runde schwimmen möchte. Auch der große See ist fußläufig erreichbar, den man in 1-3 Stunden umrunden kann, je nach Tempo. Das Feriendorf ist schön ruhig, wir fanden dass ganz besonders Julia sehr gut gelegen war. Lechbruck ist ein ruhiger Ort und fantastisch gelegen, wenn man die Gegend drum rum entdecken möchte, wie Füssen, Oberammergau oder sogar München. Schöne Käsealmen und gute Bäcker bietet der Ort an. Ferienhausvermitlung Demmler hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Kaution wurde sehr schnell zurücküberwiesen.

Das klappern der Klappe im Kaminabzug ist etwas anstrengend, wenn es länger recht windig ist. Vielleicht könnte man mal nachschauen, ob man das ohne großen Aufwand abstellen könnte. Ein Hinweis, dass Anzündwolle etc. zum Anzünden des Kaminofens selbst mitgebracht werden muss, wäre hilfreich. Falls man Samstag Abend anreist, besteht keine Möglichkeit, Anzündmaterial zu kaufen.

Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für zwei bis vier Personen, die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und die Lage ist aus meiner Sicht einfach toll. Da wir mit Hund angereist waren, bietet die Lage alles, was man sich für sich und den Hund nur wünschen kann. Schade ist, dass man den See nur vom Balkon aus (ein bisschen) sehen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Kaffee am Morgen war mit Hilfe von Frau Demmler schließlich kein Problem mehr. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Eine wirklich gute Filter-Kaffee-Maschine wäre prima.

Das Haus war wie immer super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da es sehr sauber und auch liebevoll eingerichtet war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.Es war sehr erholsam und der Hund durfte auch mit. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war wieder super.Es war wieder sehr sauber und auch liebevoll eingerichtet,wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Es ist immer wieder ein toller Urlaub, in dem man sich super erholen kann.Hoffentlich nächstes Jahr wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist echt sehr schön gelegen, ruhig aber in ca 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in füssen. Es bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen und wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Abende da. Einziger KritikPunkt ist, dass nicht deutlich auf fewo steht, dass man für Bettwäsche ect einen Aufpreis bezahlen muss.

Bei dem Preis wäre es angebracht Handtücher, Bettwäsche incl. . Die Ausstattung war super und die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Leider hatten wir fast die ganze Woche kein WLAN. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Grüsse Frau Ziegler
