Located on the fourth floor of a 1930s building (without elevator), the apartment is part of a well-maintained and recently renovated historic complex in the heart of Lecco, characterized by generous spaces and excellent upkeep. Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is accessed via an entrance hallway that leads to all rooms. The kitchen features a small balcony with panoramic mountain views and comes fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, traditional and microwave ovens, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso De’ Longhi coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
