Near the lake promenade that connects Lecco with the ancient fishing village of Pescarenico, it is located a few steps from the most important areas of the city: the center with shops and restaurants, the Polytechnic, the convenient large “Piccola” car park, home, among other things, to the famous city market. Apartment equipped with every comfort: convenient elevator that leads to the floor, dishwasher and washing machine, internet; kitchen accessories such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine; large covered terrace with mountain views, and completely renovated furniture and finishes. The spaces are generous. Two large bedrooms house one a double bed, and the other two single beds that can be composed to create a second double bed; living room with dining area and relaxation area; sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed (recommended for children); bathroom with large shower, kitchen, livable covered terrace, with a view of the mountains and positioned to receive the cool breeze coming from the mountains in the evening. The solution is completed by a locked room on the ground floor that can be used as a small garage for bicycles.
