Our apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and is ideal for families with children or groups of friends of up to six people. Enjoy the fresh air as you explore nearby villages, historic lakeside villas, and hiking trails in the mountains. At the entrance you will find a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy relaxation area with a TV and a dining area with a large table. The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional beds, complete with a comfortable topper mattress. The bathroom has a recently renovated modern walk-in shower and is also equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is located in Laorca , a quiet neighborhood in the upper part of Lecco, in an elevated and well-ventilated position, perfect for exploring both Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Mallorca is characterized by typical narrow streets and a relaxed atmosphere. A small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar are just a short walk away. Furthermore, Lecco is a well-served city with a wide choice of restaurants and high-quality shops. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. We do not have private parking, but it is possible to go to the entrance to unload your luggage. Sometimes a parking space is available right in front, otherwise we will provide you with directions for public parking just a few minutes' walk away. A bus connects the area to the city center and the train station. Alternatively, you can walk to the center via a panoramic path—keep in mind, though, that the climb can be quite steep!
